Wrights Sites article within Performance Research " A Journal for Performig Arts", includes their current exploration of The New Walking Culture 'Dealing with the City'. Here they present their manifesto in the form of anotated photography. The pictures explored what was 'beyond' the city- what has been missed as we walk through our city during our everyday. The photography included people, road signs, actions, maps etc etc… We used this source as inspiration for our project. We reproduced their method of seeing beyond the city using our camera lens and annotated some of our images with captions, feelings and emotions. We did not however invite individuals to view the city in a 'new' way as they did, we attempt to evoke that through our images and the renaming of the tube stations alone.
